How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping: $5 (4-6 days working days).

Shipping time is not guaranteed at peak periods.

Please note: if your order is being shipped outside of Canada, the recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or custom fees which may apply through the recipient's country. The shipping carrier will collect these additional charges from the recipient at the time of delivery.

Is it possible to tack my order?

Yes indeed! Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can look up the status of your order by entering your tracking number on the Canada Post website (click here).

How do I return an item?

Return merchandise purchased online by mail:

You will find a prepaid return label inside your order. You must include the invoice in the return package; otherwise we will not be able to identify you. Initial shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

If you live in Canada, you can drop off your return packages with Canada Post. Drop off locations include:
1. Any Canada Post Office
2. Any Canada Post Collection Box

You can also choose to return the merchandise purchased online to a Verona Shoes store. You will need to present your invoice (order confirmation received by e-mail when the order was placed) in order to receive a refund.

What is your exchange policy on regular orders purchased online?

At this time, exchanges by mail are not possible. You are able to exchange your item at any of our Verona Shoes store. You will need to present your invoice (order confirmation received by e-mail when the order was placed).

How long do I have to return an item?

Thank you for shopping online at Verona Shoes. We want you to be completely pleased with any of your online purchases. If you're not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original state within 14 days of receipt.

What do I do if the item I purchased is defective?

If your item is defective, please forward a picture of the defective item to along with your name and order # and one of our customer service representatives will contact you with further instructions.
